Educated at Malvern College, Richard qualified as a solicitor in 1981 after completing his training in Devon. Prior to joining Warner & Richardson in 1985 he worked in London for four years with Frere Cholmeley in Lincoln’s Inn. He became a Member in 1987.
His areas of expertise comprise all areas of property work, high value residential in London and elsewhere, commercial and agricultural.
He is married with two grown up children and lives on the northern edge of the New Forest. He is a Member of The Law Society and past committee member of the Hampshire Committee of the Country Land and Business Association. He is also a past member of the Council of St John Ambulance for Hampshire.
In his spare time he is a beekeeper and a vegetable gardener. He also enjoys skiing, country pursuits and long walks with the dogs.
