Partner / LLP Member

Simon specialises in commercial property and agricultural land work as well as more complex residential matters, advising on sales, purchases, leases, easements, development agreements, and adverse possession. He acts for a range of clients including individuals, businesses, and charities.
Simon joined Warner & Richardson in November 2020 and became a Partner in July 2023. Prior to this, Simon trained in London, focussing on both commercial and residential property matters, before joining a regional firm based in Portsmouth on qualification, working in their commercial property and development team.
