Scott has more than 20 years’ experience in property and land law disciplines, specialising in residential property, agricultural land and commercial property work. He gained his Law degree from the University of London External Programme while working full time following which he completed his training contract with a small firm in north Hampshire. He qualified as a solicitor in February 2009 and joined Warner & Richardson in February 2010. He became a Partner in April 2011.
Scott has completed several professional development courses in property and land law, an area becoming more complex, demanding and professionally interesting. He has helped many families, individuals, medium and small businesses carry out their property transactions as seamlessly as possible.
