Paralegal
Jane has more than 40 years’ experience in Residential Conveyancing, working in the Botley and Eastleigh areas, dealing with Freehold and Leasehold sales, purchases, transfers and remortgages. Jane qualified as a Paralegal in 2017 and in 2019 joined Warner & Richardson in Winchester. Jane currently assists Scott Burdett with all aspects of conveyancing, taking a keen interest in the duty of care to clients and endeavouring to make their property transaction run as smoothly as possible.
