Scott started his working life in hotel management and agriculture in Africa, London and Hampshire before qualifying as a solicitor in early 2009. He obtained his LL.B with the University of London External Programme whilst working as a full-time legal assistant in another Hampshire-based firm. He completed his Legal Practice Course in Guildford. Scott joined Warner & Richardson’s property department in January 2010 and became a Member in April 2011.
Scott specialises in commercial property, conveyancing and general freehold and leasehold property matters. He is a member of the Law Society’s Property Section and was instrumental in obtaining the firm’s CQS accreditation.
Scott grew up in Zimbabwe and still has family to visit in Africa. He enjoys the outdoors, cycling and walking whenever the weather and the demands of a young family permit.
